You can purchase a return label at your own expense via this DHL link .

As soon as you do not meet the following requirements, we can apply a depreciation:

-The product must be undamaged.

-The product must be in the original foil and unopened.

Time for returns:

i. return within 14 days of receipt without prior notification, or

ii. notify you of the withdrawal within 14 days of receipt (notification of withdrawal via email: info@chouchou.wine) and then return it within 14 days of notification.

We will refund the entire purchase amount as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days, after receipt of the cancellation notice. However, we will wait until we have received the return before refunding the amount. If this is not done within 14 days, proof of return to the return address below is sufficient.

Not completely satisfied with the purchase? That's no problem. Any item can be returned within 14 days. Please contact us via the contact form and we will be happy to guide you through the returns process, stating the order number of the order in question.

Please note: the costs for return shipping are for the customer. That is why we recommend that when returning multiple items, you do this in one shipment. Did something go wrong with the delivery of your item, or did you receive an incorrect or defective item? We will then bear the costs for the return shipment.

If the returned product has been reduced in value in any way, chouchou.wine reserves the right to hold the customer liable and claim compensation for any reduction in value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods by the customer that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.

ChouChou rosé (wine) falls under the hygiene exception of the right of withdrawal. This product is excluded from the right of withdrawal because it is not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and the seal has been broken after delivery.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from use of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

If the customer revokes the agreement, chouchou.wine will refund all payments received from the customer up to that time, including the cost of standard delivery costs, to the customer within a maximum of 14 calendar days after chouchou.wine has been informed of the decision. of the customer to withdraw from the agreement.

For sales contracts, chouchou.wine may wait with the refund until it has received all the goods back, or until the customer has demonstrated that he has returned the goods, whichever comes first.

If the packaging is so damaged when opened that the items inside can no longer be properly protected, please provide a good alternative packaging for the return shipment.

We will send you a return confirmation by e-mail when we receive your return. We then check the products and confirm when the return is accepted.
