Not entirely satisfied with your purchase? No problem. Within 14 days each item can be returned. Contact us through our contact form and we will gladly help you through our return process. Please, also mention the order number of your order.
Please note: the costs for the return shipment are for the customer. That is why we advise you to do this in one shipment when returning multiple items. Did something go wrong with the delivery of your item, or did you receive an incorrect or defective item? Then we will take care of the costs for the return shipment.
The period of 14 days starts on the day you receive the item. A return will be processed by us within 14 days. This period starts on the day of return. Have you not heard anything after this period? Please contact customer service.
During the period between receiving the item and the return shipment, you must handle the item and the packaging with care. If the packaging has become so damaged when opening that the items in it can no longer be returned properly protected, we kindly ask you to use a good alternative for the return shipment. You should only unpack or use the item to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep the item. We obviously cannot accept opened bottles as returns.

Right of withdrawal
The provisions of this article only apply to customers who purchase articles online from chouchouwine.nl in their capacity as consumers. Our general terms and conditions allow the customer to inform the seller within 14 days of receipt of the product that he/she renounces the purchase. This without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the good.
To activate the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by regular mail or by e-mail via an unequivocal statement. The Customer may use the model withdrawal form below, but is not obliged to do so.
If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of your revocation on a sustainable medium.
The direct costs of returning the goods are for the customer.
If the returned product has been reduced in value in any way, chouchouwine.nl reserves the right to hold the customer liable and claim compensation for any reduction in value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods by the customer beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Only articles that are in the original packaging, together with all accessories, instructions for use and invoice or proof of purchase can be taken back.
If the customer revokes the agreement, chouchouwine.nl will refund all payments received from the customer up to that time, including the cost for the standard delivery costs, to the customer within a maximum of 14 calendar days after chouchouwine.nl has been informed of the decision of the customer to withdraw from the contract.
In the case of sales agreements, chouchouwine.nl can wait with the refund until it has received all the goods back, or until the customer has demonstrated that he has returned the goods, whichever comes first.
The refund will be made with the same means of payment with which the customer made the original transaction, unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, the customer will not be charged any costs for such reimbursement.
