As soon as you do not meet the following requirements, we can apply a depreciation:

Time for returns:
i. return within 14 days of receipt without prior notification, or
ii. notify you of the withdrawal within 14 days of receipt (notification of withdrawal via email: firstname.lastname@example.org) and then return it within 14 days of notification.
We will refund the entire purchase amount as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days, after receipt of the cancellation notice. Please note: the costs for return shipping are for the customer. That is why we recommend that when returning multiple items, you do this in one shipment. If the customer revokes the agreement, chouchou.wine will refund all payments received from the customer up to that time, including the cost of standard delivery costs, to the customer within a maximum of 14 calendar days after chouchou.wine has been informed of the decision. of the customer to withdraw from the agreement.
