Shipping & Delivery
The wines from www.chouchou.wine are shipped with great care. A track & trace is always sent as soon as an order has left the warehouse. So you are always aware of the location of your order. From 6 bottles, shipping costs are waived and delivery is FREE. A valid ID must be presented upon receipt of the order.
Ordered before 22:30 on working days? Shipped the same day
Orders placed on working days before 22:30 are shipped the same day. Orders are packed and shipped with great care.
I have not received a track & trace code?
Oops, maybe our email ended up in your spam folder by accident? So be sure to check this folder first. Still haven't received an email? Contact us via the contact form and we will help you as soon as possible!
To which address can I have an order delivered?
It is possible to have an order delivered to a home address or a business address. If a company address is chosen: please also enter the company name!
It is never possible to enter a freepost number, PO box or pick-up location as a delivery address. Upon delivery of the order, the person taking the order MUST present his or her ID, confirming his or her age. The deliverer checks whether the person to whom the shipment is handed over is 18 years or older.

NB: as of July 1, 2021, the regulations regarding alcohol sales are stricter.
All web shops and delivery services that sell and deliver alcohol must become stricter on age verification. Sellers of alcohol on the Internet are responsible for age verification from order to delivery. This means that for webshop orders we have to ask for the date of birth and that the orders that are sent by post can only be delivered to the specified address ... with an identity check.
Shipping costs are per order
Shipping costs include handling, packaging and postage. We recommend that you place all desired items in one order. We cannot combine two separate orders placed, so shipping costs will apply to each order. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but we take special care of fragile items. Our boxes are large enough to ship your items well protected.

Orders can be delivered to addresses in the Netherlands and Belgium.
The shipping costs for a delivery in the Netherlands are € 5.95 – From 6 bottles (€ 90) the shipping costs are waived.
The shipping costs for a delivery in Belgium are €12.45 – From 6 bottles (€90) the shipping costs are waived.
